Who I am
I am Radu Grama, the founder of Make Web Shift. I work as a full-stack developer and consultant, and I have led delivery of enterprise applications in sectors with high demands for reliability and security.
I am especially strong at modernising legacy systems: I have turned monolithic applications into cloud-native microservice architectures with better scalability and stability.
What I have worked on
- Banking applications: financial workflows, compliance reporting and customer-facing digital services
- High-volume payment platforms and internal CRM tools, including migrating a WPF desktop application to the web and old .NET services to microservices
- An online advertising platform processing billions of events per day, with sharded PostgreSQL databases
- Real-time financial data feeds, with off-hours support for US clients
- Modules for B2B financial products, in C++ and C#

How I work
You talk directly to the person who builds the product, with no middlemen. I am a certified Scrum Master and I like to deliver in short iterations, with visible progress at every stage.
I work in Romanian and English, with clients in Romania and abroad. The process is described in How we work.
